My family and I moved to Idaho in 1992 from Louisiana, it was hard leaving my friends and family behind when we started our new adventure. We came to visit every summer for 3 years before we moved here we weren’t really sure what we would find coming to Priest River to live, but my parents fell in love with the area. I could see why, the beauty of the mountains, the Pend Oreille River running through town, and the changing seasons with winter’s first real snow fall.

I started a new school and learned pretty quickly, this town and this great State, were my new home, and was where I was going to start my own family. When people think of small towns a lot of the time they think middle of nowhere land, and that couldn’t be further from the truth. Small towns are the heart of Idaho, from Priest River to Sandpoint down to Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls. I couldn’t imagine living and watching my sons grow up anywhere else.

The Priest River community has taught me the value of kindness and a neighbor’s helping hand, my parents taught me right from wrong, hard work, honesty and helping those who can’t help themselves. I will continue these values in everything I do, from raising my sons and showing them how to be hard working honest good men, to my clients doing everything I can to help them buy and sell their homes.

When it comes to helping my Buyers, I listen to what they want/need and I search for the prefect place for them because I am not just finding another house, I am finding them a home at the right price.

For my Sellers, I look at what they are selling and I research the latest closings and compatibles to best market the property at the right price. Sometimes we may not agree on what that price is, but I will continue to help them find a buyer whether I have their property listed or someone else.
